INSURANCE AND BILLING

We accept many insurance plans and are committed to making the insurance and billing process as simple and straightforward as possible for our patients.

Patients with HMO plans may require a referral from their primary care physician prior to scheduling an appointment.

For patients without insurance, we offer cash-pay options and affordable self-payment plans.

Patients are responsible for all applicable copays, deductibles, coinsurance, and any outstanding balances for prior services provided by our practice, including office visits and hospital consultations, at the time of service.

Because insurance coverage varies by plan, our office verifies your insurance benefits before each visit. We also encourage patients to contact their insurance provider to confirm their specific coverage, copays, deductibles, and any referral or authorization requirements.
